Running on Empty

Know when your resources are depleted. Are you overly tired? Hungry? These are signals that provide crucial information to our ability to effectively respond to external circumstances. Do not discount them!

I did not get enough sleep last night, and I know how that affects my day. Conversations that I normally wouldn't think about weigh on me. I am more easily activated, as if the fumes I'm running on are doing the talking. And my sensitivity is heightened.

No need to do anything about any of this, except ACCEPT. And cut yourself some slack. Notice what your body is telling you it needs and tend to it. Get up from your computer and move around. Get some sun.

Tonight lights out at 9:30!!
